About us

We make acoustic panels to measure in Warsaw – each one for a specific order.

Where it started

Stillform started with one room. We needed somewhere to record voice, and it quickly turned out that off-the-shelf panels didn’t fit. They came in a few fixed sizes, and the wall between the window and the wardrobe was nothing like any of them. So we made our own: to measure, with a wooden frame and rock wool inside. Then friends started asking for panels for their offices, their living rooms, above the sofa. Each of them needed a different size, and each had a different wall.

Why made to measure

A panel that fits the wall looks like part of the room rather than an add-on. It fills an alcove, lines up with a window or a bookcase, or forms an even row with other panels. When any size is possible, you don’t have to fit the room around the panel. That’s why you enter the width and height to the centimetre in the configurator, and we make exactly that panel – in a collection colour or with your own print.

How we work

We work in Warsaw. Our frames are made by a joinery workshop we know well – only once you’ve placed your order, and exactly to your size. We cut the wool and fabric ourselves, upholster the panels by hand and check each one before packing: fabric tension, corners, size and the mounting cleat. We don’t keep a warehouse of ready-made panels, so nothing sits on a shelf in a size that almost fits.

What we don’t promise

Acoustic panels won’t soundproof your home against the neighbours or the street – that’s a job for walls and windows. We don’t quote certified absorption figures either: the data we show comes from the material manufacturer and is indicative. What we do promise is that the panel will reduce the echo in your room, be made with care and come out exactly the size you ordered. If you have a question or an unusual idea, such as an arrangement of several panels, get in touch.
